The Corto X50 from Warped is
purported to be their first full bodied cigar.

cigar is indeed full bodied and rich in flavor, the strength comes in more
around medium-full. That is partially
due to the excellent balance of this blend, so it does not overpower your
Made once again by Casa Fernandez’s
factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, quality and construction are assured. This Nicaraguan puro is a Short Robusto and
measures 4.5” x 50 ring. It has a
slight, or Cuban, box-press, which yields flat sides but rounded corners, and
feels great while smoking it.
The profile of this cigar is an array
of spices delivering plenty of complexity while still retaining sort of that
Warped trademark underlying profile of wood and malt notes. This is a well structured blend rolled with
exceptional quality for an effortless smoke to enjoy.
Corto is going to be offered in only
one size, with the size changing each July with the retirement of the prior
year’s size. With a name like Corto,
Spanish for “short”, the likelihood is high that future sizes of this cigar won’t
stray too far from the proportions of this initial blend. Add some to your humidor so you’ll be able to
see how the next size stacks up to the X50.
