We're sorry for any inconvenience, but just let us know and we'll make things right. There are just a few guidelines for returns:
Cigars will be prorated according to the amount unused (return 15 new cigars from a box of 20 and we'll credit you for 75% of what you paid).
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
We cannot offer refunds on personalized items, such as cuttters.
Original packaging must be returned with the item(s).
Please contact us for return authorization and we'll send you a shipping label. We don't credit your postage, so let us take care of it for you. If an item is covered by a manufacturer's warranty we may direct you to them if it will ensure the quickest resolution for you.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive them, but your satisfaction as our customer is always our highest priority.
