The CAO Mx2 blend is one of the best and most approachable Maduro presentations out there.  The Mx2 name comes from "Maduro X 2" because the wrapper is a Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro and the binder is a Brazilian Maduro leaf.  Combine in a 4 nation blend of filler tobaccos from Nicaragua, Honduras, Dominican Republic, and Peru, and you have a masterful medley of delicious tobaccos.  CAO meticulously selected this cigar from tobaccos grown in six different countries to tweak this blend to what I'm sure you'll agree is near perfection.  This array of unique origins provides for a layered result of flavor and profile.  Medium bodied, medium strength, full flavored, and balanced.  The smoke is rich, mocha flavored, with just a note of earthiness.

The Dagger is a 4" x 38 ring little cigar that presents this blend as honestly as the larger sizes do.  This is an ideal size for real flavor and short duration.  Keep some of these on hands for blustery cold nights, or for stepping outside at the ball game.

This cigar is a no-frills blend of flavor, body, and down to earth earthiness, cinnamon spice, and rich smoke. The Oliva Saison is made in Nicaragua with a blend of Nicaraguan binder and filler tobacco finished with an Habano wrapper grown in the soils of Ecuador.  These tobaccos unite into a medium-full strength profile that has deep, rich, and earthy flavors like coffee, leather, and oak.  There is also an under-layer that is spicier and more robust with prominent notes of pepper and bright cedar.  This blend is classic Oliva: spicy, captivating, yet well balanced.

Bolivar Cofradia Oscuro Toro - 5pk. The story behind this spectacular cigar, called Undercrown, is that the Drew Estate rollers were smoking too many Liga Privada cigars while on the job. Free cigars while rolling is a great perk to cigar rollers, but the Liga Privada cigars were too much in demand to allow for that amount of consumption in the factory. Drew Estate, being one of the coolest and most creative producers out there figured out how to solve the problem: they told the rollers to come up with a cigar they would like to smoke instead of the Liga Privada. So, in a way, the Undercrown, while exceptional in its own right, was blended by the Drew Estate rollers to be a stand-in for the Liga Privada blend. Try this blend out and you'll experience first hand what an outstanding job they did.
The Undercrown is crafted from a great assortment of tobacco. The wrapper is a very specific, spicy leaf from the San Andres Valley in Mexico. The binder is rich and flavorful stalk-cut Habano grown in Connecticut. The filler is a combination of Brazilian Mata Fina and Nicaraguan long-fillers. All of these diverse leaves blend together to create this exceptional combination. This is a cigar that is refined and classy. This slightly over-sized corona is called Corona Viva and it is one of the best shapes in the line because of the balance between the tobaccos yielding exceptional richness.
