EIROA is the surname of the brand owner and master blender, Christian Eiroa. He makes great cigars, and has gone down this triple Maduro path before with a blend by that name, which he blended for Camacho when he still owned the brand. This hearty, rich, and supremely balanced blend is also a triple Maduro. The name CBT comes from Capa Banda Tripa (wrapper; binder; filler), all of which are Maduro leaf. This little cigar, named the Prensado Corona, is sort of the mean proportion of a Rothschild and is roundly box-pressed. The cigar smells of oiled leather, earth, and dark roast coffee. The flavor profile when lit delivers the same, with a defined element of strength that is tempered exquisitely by the plethora of Maduro leaves to render a smoking experience that will fully consume your palate, nose, and is visually pleasing to the eye.
